for colour

can try neighbourhood or Jantzen, like only $60++ for single colour

for bleach go neighbourhood salon, if bleach also not properly hor, can close down liao Laughing

neighbourhood dont have hairstyle book let u choose hairstyle leh..then ownself very hard to describe.. the one the only good point is they got a mini tv tuned @ channelnewsasia-.- infront of every seats bah.. then cut is $12 reasonable bah..

the neighbourhood salon at my house here... I suggest TS to really observe the salon.. but most of the time you have to own self go test fire Laughing

the best saloon to me for the last 6 years is #1 saloon (loreal).

cut is $25+, inclusive of shampoo n head massage. plus bleach and dye is $90+. their wide range of ash colors (and after fades) are the best out of all the saloons.

theres one at bishan, opposite the bus interchange, walk past 7-11, bakery, before ntuc. ask for jansen the senior technician.
